When sending us templates please make sure that they have the following information on them: Your name, address and telephone number, state whether they are aperture size or the size you want the window made, also indicate the inside or outside (if not for a pair) and give the material thickness and tint colour (if applicable).

If no delivery price is shown or you are ordering more than one item and you would like a quotation please phone, fax or e-mail us. Delivery will be by the most secure and economical method available at the time - usually Royal Mail if the package is not too large or heavy. Experience has shown that windows need to be securely packaged for delivery.
Major credit cards accepted over the phone. Payment by cheque (made payable to Hadlow Marine Services), send to Hadlow Marine Services, Spring Cottage, Hadlow, Tonbridge, Kent TN11 0DZ. Foreign currency payments accepted with Swiftbank transfer.
Stock items are dispatched the next working day (or same day if you phone early enough). For acrylic sheet cutting and refurbished frames we will give an estimate of delivery depending on the job. This is usually between 5 and 14 days.
